Where Your Order Ships From
Normally, your order will ship from a nearby warehouse when available, including US, AU, EU, UK, or HK warehouses. If an item is out of stock in the nearest warehouse, it may ship from another warehouse to avoid delays.
Shipping Methods
PINKZYI uses suitable carriers based on the package weight, shipping destination, and delivery efficiency. Local carriers may include USPS, DHL, FedEx, GTS, Royal Mail, or similar services.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to provide delivery to PO Box / BO Box addresses or military addresses. Please provide a residential address so the products can be delivered directly to your home.
We do not offer shipping services to certain areas in the Middle East. For example, we cannot currently ship to regions where products are legally prohibited, such as India, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. For some shipping companies, it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
Items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages. In this case, you will not be charged additional shipping fees.
Delivery Issues
Shipping carrier delays, weather delays, and international customs inspection delays are beyond our control. If your package is delayed, we will do our best to assist you with tracking and carrier communication.
Once a package has been declared “delivered” by the local courier, stolen or missing orders after delivery are generally the responsibility of the purchaser. If the shipping issue is confirmed as the fault of the carrier, such as a declared lost shipment or returned-to-sender package, we will help review the case and provide support.

Cancel Order
All of our products are customized to customers’ requirements. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, and 5% will be charged as a transaction fee. If we have launched production, orders cannot be canceled for any reason. Or else, 20%-30% will be charged as a handling and restocking fee.
Faulty Items
If default options are chosen and your doll looks different from the first photo on the product page, please contact our customer service at the reception of your doll. We will arrange a replacement of the doll or will send you replacement parts depending on the nature of the problem. You must send the doll back to us within 3 days from receipt of goods if you choose to replace your doll. Please make sure the doll and package are brand new and never used before you ship them out.
Damaged Items
We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us in 3 days by sending pictures or videos to sales@pinkzyi.com and we will find the best solution for you ASAP. For slight damage due to shipping, we will provide a kit for you to repair. For severe damage, you should take an unboxing video and photo, or else we cannot make sure who is responsible for this.
Missing Items
Check your package to confirm every item you want is there. If you find something is missing, contact us as soon as you receive the package.
DO NOT RETURN OR REFUSE THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY. And don’t send any package to the address information on the package, which is not valid to receive a returning package.
